Members who are under the age of 65 may choose up to $500,000 of coverage to help protect your loved ones from the financial drain of accidental injuries. You can choose from two coverage plan options-- Member Only or Member & Family coverage.

If you choose to enroll for Member & Family coverage, the spouse benefit is 50% of the elected member benefit amount as long as no dependent children are covered. However, if dependent children are being covered, the spouse benefit amount is 40% of the member elected benefit amount.

Each dependent child receives the same percentage amount, depending on whether a spouse is also being covered within the policy. The dependent child(ren) benefit amount is 10% of member's benefit if a spouse is included. If there is no spouse, each dependent child will receive 15% of the member's benefit.

State Bar of Wisconsin AD&D premiums are based on the plan you decide. Premiums are paid monthly, semi-annual or annually, depending what you prefer at the time of enrollment.
